Tarocco Oranges Marmalade with Orange Blossom Honey
This marmalade owes its well-balanced flavour to Tarocco oranges from the river Simeto valley.
The strong thermic changes between night and day give this citrus fruit a higher sugar quantity which subdues its sourness.
Like all red oranges, they are rich in anthocyanins, precious natural antioxidants.
They are harvested from December to February.
