Clementines Marmalade with Orange Blossom Honey

A typical citrus fruit of the Etnean area, which matches the best of orange and mandarin, of which it is considered a crossbreed.
Grown on the eastern slope of the volcano, it is harvested between November and December.
This marmalade exalts its fresh taste and keeps its unmistakable scent.
